In various business development and sales roles, Steve has led efforts to secure state government contracts in healthcare, information technology, cyber security solutions, identity management solutions, and unmanned aerial vehicle support services.

In a 30+ year career I have served in roles with for-profit, non-profit, and government organizations. My experience includes managing P&L over $100M, managing a staff of 400+, and overseeing a $1.8B state agency budget. As a business developer I have participated in multiple contract awards of over $150M. My value is greatest in efforts to enter the state government market, by shaping RFPs, identifying subcontractors, and key staff, and leading stakeholder outreach and government affairs.
